Shipping

As part of our green policy we use drop shipping whenever possible. Items will be shipped in recycled packaging with as little packing material as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday thru Friday. Orders received over the weekend usually will ship on Monday. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email of the expected ship date. 

We ship to the U.S. including Alaska & Hawaii using UPS.

UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box

International Shipping is currently not available.

Taxes: A state tax rate of 5% will be added to orders delivered to a Massachusetts address.

Return Policy

We here at Go-Greengifts.com want you to be happy with every purchase. You may return anything that you are not 100% satisfied with. Any defective items can be returned within 15 days with no charge to the customer. Returns for any other reason should be made within 15 days of receipt AND need to be in re-salable condition. Please see the special note on make-up returns below.* Please email assistance@go-greengifts.com to request an authorization to return. We cannot accept returned products without a proper return authorization. Reimbursements do not generally include shipping charges. We do not mark-up our shipping and cannot refund.

* Make-up purchases are subject to a 25% restocking fee mandated by the manufacturer. All products must be returned sealed and unopened. Again, shipping cannot be refunded on these products.
